When weighing sensor is applied to detect the distance between objects, the problem encountered by many users is that there is no output signal after the weighing sensor detects the object, leading to the failure of subsequent data analysis.

The first consideration is wiring or configuration. For the counter type weighing sensor, it must be used by the combination of the light emitting part and the light receiving part, and both ends need power supply. The regression reflector must be combined with the sensor probe and the regression reflector.

At the same time, the user must provide a stable power supply to the sensor. If the power supply is DC, the positive and negative poles must be confirmed. If the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly, the output signal will be missing.

The above reason analysis is for the consideration of the weighing sensor itself. What we also need to consider is the location of the object. If the object is not in the detection area, such detection is futile. The detection object must be in the area that the sensor can detect, that is, the weighing can be perceived within the range.

Secondly, it is necessary to consider whether the optical axis of the sensor is aligned. The optical axis of the emitting part and receiving part must be aligned, and the probe part and reflector axis of the corresponding regression reflection type must be aligned.
